At Scotland's World, every doll is thoughtfully created to inspire imagination, adventure, and storytelling. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized dolls

  • Create Your Own Doll orders

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

Because customized dolls are created specifically for each customer, these orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item is defective
